The satisfaction of our customers is very important to us. That's why we subject our cool pop up gazebos to a variety of tests to confirm their quality, stability, waterproofness, tensile strength and colour fastness. We ensure that there are no material or production defects. Our warranties and certifications have been issued by international experts.

General certifications

Our company is ISO 9001 certified. An international standard based on eight quality management principles:

All our pop up gazebos are TÜV-certified (product certification).
All our pop up gazebos have been tested by a renowned specialist institute in the wind tunnel for their stability at various wind strengths.
They have been subjected to a static calculation by engineers and, according to the UNI EN 13782 standard, do not require approval by structural engineers or authorities.
We have the ECO Passport for the printing ink we use for our tent fabrics.
All materials used in the production of the pop up gazebos are REACH-compliant.

Certifications of our fabrics

The Oxford 500D/250D tent fabric complies with the EU standard EN 13 501 - 1:2018 and is therefore fire-retardant (fire protection class B - s1, d0).
The tent fabric has been successfully tested according to applicable ISO criteria for tensile strength, waterproofness and colour fastness.
The "Crystal" PVC for our pop up gazebo windows has been assigned to fire protection class B - s2, d0 according to EN 13501 1:2018 and is therefore considered flame retardant.
All our textiles have a UV protection factor of UPF 50+.
Our "Recycling" tent fabric has been certified by Control Union according to the applicable Global Recycled Standard.

Made in Europe: We produce all our pop up gazebos ourselves. At our two production sites in Italy and Romania, our long-time employees work diligently to make your dream of your own pop up gazebo come true.
